The Edingale Scarecrow trail is being launched for the first time in June 2019 and is part of a growing number taking place in the UK.  A great example is the Elford Scarecrow Festival, which attracts a large number of visitors to their village and raises a huge amount of money for their village hall and Walled Garden.

You don't need to live in Edingale - Everyone can get involved in the fun and this year we have an amazing prize to kick us off!

 

• Any Theme - Most Scarecrow festivals have a theme, but for our first year, we are going to allow our creators imaginations to go wild.

• Scarecrow Workshop – We will be hosting a Scarecrow Workshop in April – Dates to be announced shortly!

• Admire the Scarecrows by grabbing all your friends and family and taking a walk around Edingale and vote for your favourite ‘People’s Choice’ in your trail guide.

• Come and Enjoy our Village Green after you’ve completed the trail and enjoy the entertainment, food and drink and live music we’ve organised for you 

• Snap a selfie of the scarecrows, hashtag #Edingalescarecrow19 and upload on Facebook.
